File an Inconsistent Practice

Inconsistent practices are activities conducted by SFIŽ program participants that are not consistent with the SFI Standard. Each State Implementation Committee ensures that a mechanism is in place to receive, respond to, and follow up on inconsistent practices complaints. As local committees of resource professionals, SICs are in the best position to identify valid site-specific concerns and ensure prompt, objective follow-up. AF&PA and the SFI External Review Panel have established a national reporting mechanism where complaints may be confidentially registered prior to forwarding to the appropriate SIC.
